TIMING: THE GM ON CAMPUS SWEEPSTAKES ("GAME") BEGINS AT 12:01 AM EASTERN TIME (ET) ON 9/30/04 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM (ET) ON 12/17/04 ("ENTRY PERIOD").

ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (i.e. spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors Corporation ("Sponsor"), Sports Illustrated and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Game governed by US law.

HOW TO PLAY: There are two ways to play. Method #1: Play with a NetDecoder® Game Piece: A NetDecoder® Game Piece can be founded in the October 28, 2004 issue of Sports Illustrated on Campus and will be distributed at 74 selected college campuses nationwide. To play using a NetDecoder® Game Piece, visit www.gmoncampus.com during the entry period and follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the official entry form. Once you have reached the NetDecoder® Game Page, follow the on screen instructions to reveal if you are a winner. All NetDeCoder Game Pieces must be decoded by 11:59 PM (ET) on 12/17/04. Method #2: Play GM ON Campus Virtual Game: To play the GM On Campus Virtual Game ("Virtual Game") without a NetDecoder®, visit www.gmoncampus.com during the entry period and follow all on-screen instructions. Limit: One entry per person per day regardless of entry method.

If you are the potential winner of an Instant Win Prize, you will receive an email explaining fully how to claim your prize. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. 122 random-computer-generated winning times, will be created for the Entry Period. If you are the first entrant to play at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize. If you are the potential winner of an Instant Win Prize, you will automatically receive a notification message at the email address you used to register on the official entry form. All potential instant prize winners are subject to verification by the sponsor and/or the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the instant win game should so indicate, unless and until entrant's eligibility and the potential winning play has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage due prize claims. NetDecoder® Game Pieces that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. Liability for any irregular NetDecoder® Game Piece will be limited to replacement with another. If through programming or production errors, more Instant Win Prizes are distributed than those prize quantities offered in these rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per these rules will be awarded. Should such a situation occur, each winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims at that given level. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
